To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time Colorado Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide remote telehealth services to adolescents and young adults, focusing on delivering high-quality care and managing client relationships effectively. Key responsibilities Provide telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients in a virtual setting Collaborate with a full-time Admissions & Assessment team to ensure a steady caseload and predictable schedules Participate in case discussions to leverage expertise and enhance therapeutic approaches Required qualifications Must hold an independent or associate licensure in Colorado (LMSW, LSW, LPCC, MFTC/MFP, LCSW, LPC, MFT) Master's degree in mental health or a related field Experience working with youth and young adults is highly preferred Availability to work between 12-40 hours per week, depending on part-time or full-time status Familiarity with cloud-based tools such as Gmail, Slack, Zoom, and EMR software
