Leading ITSM process implementation, the full-time Colorado Licensed ITSM Consultant will evaluate risk matters within IT, ensure adherence to contingency procedures, and drive service improvements while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Oversee business-specific projects, applying expertise to develop work plans and coordinate resources to meet organizational goals Drive ITSM process and service implementation by documenting requirements and guiding leadership in strategy development Evaluate business needs and industry best practices to identify gaps in processes and recommend improvements Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in CIS, Business Administration, or related field Minimum eight (8) years IT experience, including four (4) years implementing or supporting ITSM processes or services Minimum four (4) years in a leadership role working with process or service teams
