To support a growing telehealth practice, the part-time Colorado Licensed Endocrinologist will conduct patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, all while working remotely on a contract basis. Key responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high standards of care Maintain accurate patient records and respond to patient inquiries with clarity and care Required qualifications MD or DO from an accredited institution Active ABIM board certification in Endocrinology through an ACGME-accredited program Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing compassion An active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state
