To ensure the accuracy and completeness of health information, the full-time Colorado Licensed Data Integrity Specialist will review medical records, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, all while working remotely from Colorado. Key responsibilities Reviews and validates medical records and related documentation per established guidelines Investigates and resolves discrepancies, researching and correcting inaccurate or incomplete records Prepares reports and collaborates with teams to assist with problem identification and resolution Required qualifications Associate's degree with training in Medical Terminology and Human Anatomy Preferred: Certification as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) by AHIMA Preferred: Background in medical experience
