To maintain the accuracy and integrity of health information, the full-time Colorado Licensed Data Integrity Specialist will review and validate medical records, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, all while working remotely from within Colorado. Key responsibilities Reviews and validates medical records and related documentation per established guidelines Investigates and resolves discrepancies, researching and correcting inaccurate or incomplete records Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to assist with problem identification and resolution Required qualifications Associate's degree with training in Medical Terminology and Human Anatomy Preferred: Certified as a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) by AHIMA Related experience preferred
