Seeking a committed Colorado Licensed Counselor Educator, the part-time Affiliate Faculty will teach courses in the PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision program remotely, focusing on instruction, assessment of student learning outcomes, and program evaluation. Key responsibilities Prepare and teach courses using blended formats designed for adult learners, utilizing the Brightspace learning platform Assess and validate student learning outcomes and make recommendations for program improvement per the PhD-CES Assessment Plan Engage in professional development and contribute to CCU's mission through community involvement and committee participation Required qualifications Doctoral degree in counselor education and supervision, preferably from a CACREP-accredited program Minimum 2-4 years of teaching experience in graduate-level counseling programs Appropriate certification and/or licensure (e.g., LPC, LMHC) Knowledge and demonstrated application of adult learning theory in the classroom Record of active scholarship, including peer-reviewed publications or presentations at professional conferences
