To enhance patient financial services, the full-time Colorado Licensed Consumer Access Specialist will perform Medicare compliance reviews, create patient financial estimates, and coordinate insurance verifications while working remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct Medicare compliance reviews and issue Advance Beneficiary Notices of Noncoverage as required Register patients for services, ensuring accurate demographic information and insurance details Manage communication between clinical and consumer access departments to improve the patient experience Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred 1+ years of customer service experience preferred 1+ years of relevant healthcare experience preferred Knowledge of insurance benefits and medical terminology Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred
