Colorado Licensed Clinical Support Professional

To support the Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling department, the part-time Colorado Licensed Clinical Support Professional will assist faculty with course-specific duties, facilitate small group work, and monitor student engagement in an online group counseling course from August to December 2026. Key responsibilities Attend class meetings and facilitate small group work related to clinical objectives Monitor and assist in the instruction of course content while tracking group dynamics Provide support for course communications and complete required faculty trainings Required qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Not currently enrolled as a Naropa student Understanding of program-specific information, such as Gestalt Therapy Commitment to co-creating a diverse and inclusive community Demonstrated understanding of the dynamics of privilege and oppression
