Guitar PrepperCreating the ideal bare wood guitar. Preppers are the last step in the back-plant process of building a guitar. They are responsible for ensuring that moving forward the guitar has no gaps, dings, scratches, or chip outs, and that all areas are sanded to spec.
Preppers are intimately familiar with wood, including the types Gibson uses, how it reacts to heat, and moisture.
