DigDeep is seeking a Director for the Colonias Water Project in El Paso, TX to lead expansion of sustainable water access along the Texas–Mexico border. The role requires strong leadership, policy navigation, and community engagement with colonia residents and local agencies.
You will work with the CPO to shape strategy, manage budgets, and build partnerships with utilities and nonprofits. Frequent travel to Dallas and 1–2 weeks per month in El Paso are expected.
