Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate repair estimates for collision-damaged vehicles
- Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and technicians throughout the repair process
- Inspect vehicle damage and develop comprehensive repair plans
- Order necessary parts and monitor repair progress
- Ensure repairs meet quality standards and are completed on schedule
- Maintain proper documentation and follow DRP and insurance guidelines
- Previous collision estimating experience required
- Knowledge of CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex estimating software preferred
- Strong understanding of collision repair procedures and insurance claims
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
- A-Class Body Technicians - Perform structural repairs, frame pulling, and panel replacements to OEM standards. ICAR certified starting 32.00 per hour
- Automotive Painters - Deliver flawless color matching, mixing, and premium clear coat finishes using top-tier paint systems. Starting 30.00 per hour
- Paint Prep Technicians - Tape, sand, prime, and prep vehicles efficiently to keep the paint booth moving. Starting 25.00 per hour
- Automotive Detailers - Provide final buffing, polishing, and interior/exterior cleaning for a showroom finish. Starting 18.00 per hour
