Collision Estimator & Customer Experience Lead

Crash Champions is hiring to join a fast-growing team in the collision repair industry. You will educate customers, prepare and lock final estimates, and manage repairs from start to finish to meet Crash Champions’ quality standards.

You'll keep customers informed, review data with Body Technicians, and handle paperwork to pre-close repair orders while ensuring carrier requirements are met. The role emphasizes customer experience and coordination with insurers.
