College of Business – Part‑Time, Fixed‑Term Faculty

We are seeking applicants for part‑time, fixed‑term faculty (0.74 FTE or less) for one or more semesters during the upcoming academic year in the College of Business.

Job Title: College of Business – Part‑Time, Fixed‑Term Faculty

Position Type: Faculty (Teaching)

Location: Greenville, N.C. (East Carolina University, public, R1 institution)

Primary Purpose: Serve as Teaching Instructor, Senior Teaching Instructor, Master Teaching Instructor, Teaching Assistant Professor, Teaching Associate Professor, Teaching Professor, Research Instructor, Research Assistant Professor, Research Associate Professor, or Research Professor.

Qualifications

• Acceptable qualifications include a master’s degree in the teaching discipline for undergraduate courses; a terminal degree for graduate courses; or alternative professional competencies such as related graduate education, certifications, work experience, honors, and awards.
• All degrees must be from an accredited institution or certified equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred education and experience include advanced professional certifications and a record of excellence in teaching or research. Applicants who meet the preferred criteria must also satisfy all minimum requirements.
