College Financing CoordinatorHarlem Children's Zone (HCZ) — a world-renowned education and poverty-fighting organization based in New York — seeks an enthusiastic, dedicated, and mission-aligned Program Coordinator to support our After-School Programming.The College Financing Coordinator will bring a passion for the mission of Harlem Children's Zone: to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty through comprehensive, on-the-ground programming that creates opportunities for children and families to thrive in school, work, and life.We are currently seeking a College Financing Coordinator within the Wealth Builds team. This role will report to the Director of College Financing and collaborate closely with program staff and scholars across the organization. The coordinator will support a range of activities aimed at financing HCZ scholars' college education through increased college savings and scholarships, developing savings habits among children and parents, and promoting a college-bound identity.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, scholars, and external partners.
