Passionate about guiding families through the college admissions process, the full-time remote College Counselor will help students develop meaningful high school experiences, create authentic applications, and find colleges that fit their aspirations while managing a caseload of up to 25 students. Key responsibilities: Facilitate relationship-based counseling, providing frequent meetings and deep engagement with students and families Assist students in building personalized college applications that reflect their unique identities and experiences Support families in navigating the college admissions process with clarity and confidence Required qualifications: Experience as a high school counselor, director, or in a related role working with high school-aged students Strong understanding of the college admissions landscape and the ability to build trust with students and families A commitment to continuous learning and professional development in college counseling Ability to work with students in the Pacific timezone and manage a caseload effectively Bonus points for experience in admissions, academic advising, or student affairs at a highly selective college
