Leading a high-performing collections team, the mostly remote Collections Supervisor will manage a portfolio of complex client accounts, coach team members, and drive process improvements while collaborating with senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities Supervise day-to-day operations of the collections team and manage client account portfolios Coach, mentor, and develop team members through performance management and regular feedback Serve as the escalation point for complex collections issues and partner with internal stakeholders to improve cash collections Required qualifications Previous collections leadership experience Direct people management experience, including coaching and performance reviews Experience managing escalated collections matters and resolving complex client issues Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Experience in process improvement or operational transformation preferred
