Key responsibilities Train and mentor team members to enhance performance and customer interaction skills Provide timely feedback and direction based on team behavior and practices Manage account details and agent performance, ensuring service levels meet expectations Required qualifications Experience in collections is mandatory Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel functions and formulas General knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Protection Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act Availability to work the shift from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
