Collections Specialist - State Licensed

Supporting customers through early-stage account recovery, the full-time Collections Specialist - State Licensed will manage payment inquiries, assist with repayment options, and maintain account information in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Provide customer support for payment questions, due dates, and account updates Assist customers with early-stage account recovery for accounts 1-45 days past due Use skip tracing tools to locate and update customer information while maintaining professionalism and compliance Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED At least one (1) year of experience in a high-volume contact center Demonstrated experience working from home with a reliable internet connection State licensing covered for all required collections licensing across multiple states
