Rate: $22/hr on W2

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Sales, Retail Banking, or Customer Service.
• Experience handling customer or business partner interactions over the phone is preferred.
• Basic understanding of invoices, outstanding payments, payment follow-ups, and billing processes.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Experience with any Accounts Receivable or Collections management tool is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and relationship management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet productivity targets.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, including AI-powered productivity tools.
