Remote Collections Specialist (Latin America Only)
Are you a results-driven professional with a knack for negotiation and a passion for hitting targets? We are looking for a dedicated Collections Specialist to join our team. This is a 100% remote position specifically for candidates residing in Latin America who possess exceptional English communication skills.
Position Overview
- Role: Collections Specialist / Collections Agent
- Location: Fully Remote (Candidates must reside in Latin America)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Weekends Off)
- Compensation: US$6.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and manage correspondence with customers regarding overdue accounts.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining professional rapport.
- Accurately document all communication and payment updates in our system.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies that may be delaying payments.
- Meet and exceed monthly collection targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years of recent experience in debt collections.
- Language: Advanced/Fluent English (both verbal and written) is mandatory. You must be comfortable navigating complex conversations in English.
- Work Ethic: We are looking for "A-players"—individuals who are committed, disciplined, and bring a "get-it-done" attitude every day.
- Technical Setup: You must have a dedicated home office space with a reliable, high-speed internet connection (LAN connection preferred).
