We are looking to hire people who have made a high volume of outbound calls, aren’t hesitant to pick up the phone, and want to find solutions to past‑due payments. Requirements of the Collections Representative
- 1 to 2 years of outbound collections experience within the last 3 years is required.
- Ability to provide above and beyond service
- Confidence in hitting metrics, KPI’s and goals
- Experience working with various computer programs

Responsibilities of the Collections Representative
- Make outbound calls to collect overdue payments
- Assist the customer with finding the best payment plan for them
- Accurately record customer information into their accounts
