This role will focus on accurate and timely invoicing to our customers.
The Customer Relations Collections Specialist is responsible for collaboration across all levels to achieve departmental and organizational goals with a focus on ensuring all payments are received within the defined terms. RESPONSIBILITIES Perform collections aligned to dunning timelinesExecute outreach via email, calls, and portalsMaintain accurate updates using standardized statusesResolve customer inquiries and discrepancies timely.
