Supporting customers through early-stage account recovery, the full-time remote Collections Specialist - Multiple States Licensed will manage inquiries related to payment questions, repayment options, and account updates while ensuring a professional and solutions-focused customer experience. Key responsibilities Provide customer support for payment inquiries, due dates, and account updates Process ACH requests and assist with early-stage account recovery for accounts 1-45 days past due Utilize skip tracing tools to locate and update customer information while maintaining compliance and professionalism Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED At least one year of experience in a high-volume contact center Demonstrated experience working remotely with a reliable internet connection State licensing for collections across multiple states will be covered by the employer
