To support the revenue cycle team, the full-time Collections Representative will manage follow-ups on assigned accounts to ensure timely payments, contacting patients and agencies to resolve billing issues, while working remotely. Key responsibilities Follow up on assigned accounts to achieve high cash flow until resolution or referral to collection agencies Contact patients, employers, insurance companies, and government agencies to expedite payments Resolve patient inquiries and complaints regarding billing and collection processes, maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders Required qualifications High School Graduate Typically requires 2 years of experience in insurance processing, collections, or customer service Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly Knowledge of medical insurance billing and legal processes No licensure or certification required
