To support the Home Health or Hospice Project Collections Teams, the full-time Collections Consultant will manage collections for multiple clients, track trending issues, and review EOBs while working remotely in the United States. Key responsibilities Handle collections for various clients and monitor claims based on insurance contracts Identify and correct claim errors in clearinghouse and EMR systems, and follow up on claims with insurance companies Research account receivables for both Medicare and Non-Medicare collections, tracking issues like denials and payment variances Required qualifications Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial claims follow-up and collections High School Diploma required Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel Experience with multiple EMR systems and handling denials/rejections in Waystar Basic math skills and ability to read, write, and follow directions in English
