Collaborating with Revenue Cycle leadership, the full-time remote Collections and Vendor Analyst will manage self-pay inventory, analyze bad debt for tax setoff opportunities, and ensure compliance with tax setoff transactions while coordinating with various internal and external teams. Key responsibilities Manage self-pay inventory and analyze bad debt inventory to identify tax setoff opportunities Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and accurate tax setoff eligibility and transactions Review and generate reports for vendor placement inventory and maintain accurate records of tax setoff activities Required qualifications High school diploma with four years of medically related customer service/collections experience, or a bachelor's degree with two years of relevant experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Epic is required Understanding of medical terminology and health insurance preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Strong organizational skills and initiative to be goal-oriented
