Collaborating with Revenue Cycle leadership, the full-time remote Collections Analyst will manage self-pay inventory, analyze bad debt for tax setoff opportunities, and ensure accurate vendor reconciliation while adhering to compliance standards. Key responsibilities Manage self-pay inventory through the revenue cycle process using Epic tools Analyze bad debt inventory to identify potential tax setoff opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate posting of tax setoff transactions Required qualifications High school diploma with four years of medically related customer service/collections experience, or a bachelor's degree with two years of experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of Epic Understanding of medical terminology and health insurance Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills and initiative to achieve goals
