Job Summary

Seeking an OTC Collections Analyst with experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, or Billing . The ideal candidate will manage customer accounts, resolve payment discrepancies, support cash collection efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cash flow and reduce aged receivables.

Required Qualifications

  • 0–3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, or Billing
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ERP/Financial Systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage collection activities and resolve aged receivables
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Meet cash collection and aging targets
  • Prepare cash forecasts and aging reports
  • Support account reconciliations and month-end close activities
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Collections experience
  • Media industry experience
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Knowledge of accounting principles
