Managing a portfolio of assigned delinquent accounts, the full-time Collection Specialist will perform collection activities, initiate contact with debtors, and document all interactions while working in a hybrid environment after an initial onsite training period. Key responsibilities Initiate contact with debtors through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence to negotiate payment arrangements Document all collection activities in compliance with client standards and Federal Regulations Utilize skip tracing techniques to locate debtors with changed contact information Required qualifications Collection Specialist License Required High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business or related fields is preferred 0-1 years of experience in collections or related customer service roles Basic computing skills Ability to work flexible day, evening, and weekend hours as required
