Managing a portfolio of charged-off accounts with principal balances of $2,501 and greater, the full-time remote Collection Representative II will utilize various collection strategies to negotiate payment arrangements and ensure compliance with regulatory policies. Key responsibilities Review and determine the next course of action for delinquent accounts in the assigned queue Negotiate payment terms and settlements while utilizing credit bureau reporting insights to support discussions Document all account activity accurately and participate in continuous improvement training sessions Required qualifications High school education or GED equivalent Minimum 2 years of collections or sales experience preferred Solid understanding of credit bureau reporting (CBR) Experience with skip tracing techniques Knowledge of FDCPA and compliance requirements
