Collection Analyst

Are you a results-driven professional who enjoys solving problems, building customer relationships, and making an impact? We are seeking a Commercial Collection Analyst to join a growing Tulsa team. In this role, you'll manage customer accounts, resolve outstanding balances, release credit holds, investigate discrepancies, and help improve overall cash flow.
Responsibilities
- Monitor accounts and identify outstanding balances
- Review and take action on credit hold accounts
- Investigate past-due invoices and payment issues
- Conduct account reconciliations and resolve billing disputes
- Communicate with customers to secure timely payments
- Resolve credit and account-related concerns
- Maintain accurate records within accounting software
Qualifications
- 2+ years of business to business collections in a fast-paced office
- Strong knowledge of billing procedures and collection practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
