Are you a natural negotiator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for driven individuals to join our team. As a Collection Agent , you will act as a vital link between our financial services clients, helping to resolve past-due accounts through professional communication and strategic problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and take inbound calls
- Negotiate payments and settlements in a professional manner
- Track and manage account activity in our system
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all interactions
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with other team members
- Meet and exceed monthly recovery goals
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant collections experience
- Proven track record of top-tier performance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills through various channels (phone, email, face-to-face, etc.)
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal driven environment
- Detail-oriented
- Computer savvy
This is a REMOTE position, must have secure and distraction free environment.
