As a Collection Agent , you will act as a vital link between our financial services clients, helping to resolve past-due accounts through professional communication and strategic problem‑solving.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and take inbound calls
- Negotiate payments and settlements in a professional manner
- Track and manage account activity in our system
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all interactions
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with other team members
- Meet and exceed monthly recovery goals
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant collections experience
- Proven track record of top‑tier performance
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills through various channels (phone, email, face‑to‑face, etc.)
- Self‑motivated with a high level of accountability
- Strong organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment
- Detail‑oriented
- Computer savvy
This is a REMOTE position, must have secure and distraction free environment.
