Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and take inbound callsNegotiate payments and settlements in a professional mannerTrack and manage account activity in our systemMaintain complete and accurate records of all interactionsMaintain compliance with state and federal regulationsCollaborate with other team membersMeet and exceed monthly recovery goals

Requirements

2+ years of relevant collections experienceProven track record of top"tier performanceExcellent communication and negotiation skills through various channels (phone, email, face"to"face, etc.)Self"motivated with a high level of accountabilityStrong organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast"paced, goal"driven environmentDetail"orientedComputer savvy

This is a REMOTE position. You are required to work on camera and must have a secure environment that is free of distractions.
