Collector PositionNationwide finance company located in North Dallas seeks experienced collectors.Must have extensive experience in collecting monthly payments from consumers on delinquent accounts. This position requires some PM availability.Responsibilities include:Making outbound calls to and receiving inbound calls from customers on delinquent accountsNegotiating paymentsSkip tracing to locate consumer informationMaintaining performance results (daily, weekly & monthly)Following documented proceduresWorking knowledge of MS Office and databases
