Performing all required tasks to ensure technical availability.Assisting in interpreting operational results. Analyzing usage patterns and establishing schedules and procedures for maximum utilization of the system.Maintaining reports and reporting tools for traffic management, service centers and enterprise partners.Interacting with other organizations to develop solutions for anticipated technical needs in support of business objectives.What do you need to succeed?Must have:Must have 7 plus years of hands-on experience working as an eMessaging Engineer; responsible for the ongoing management and development of email infrastructure.Must have experience assisting in translating business needs into technical requirements and performing all required tasks to ensure technical availability.Must have experience assisting in interpreting operational results.Must have experience analyzing usage patterns and establishing schedules and procedures for maximum utilization of the system.Maintaining reports and reporting tools for traffic management, service centers and enterprise partners.Must have 7 plus years of hands on experience interacting with other organizations to develop solutions for anticipated technical needs in support of business objectives.Nice-to-have:Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly-traded corporationAbility to facilitate between and influence key decision makersStrategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills to work across functions and businessesWhat's in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
