Digital Asset GD Collateral SpecialistWe are hiring a Digital Asset GD Collateral Specialist to be a Collateral subject matter expert in our Global Delivery (GD) function, participating in workstreams to build digital asset operations within State Street's infrastructure. You will be responsible for sharing knowledge and expertise around current operational workflows, maintaining alignment to GD Collateral leadership, escalating any concerns to functional leadership, acquiring approvals of new models with functional leadership, and maintaining alignment with digital asset operations leadership. We expect this candidate to have a risk excellent mindset and be proficient establishing an effective control environment.
The ideal candidate should understand digital asset concepts (blockchain knowledge, understanding of digital asset types, decentralized finance, tokenization, etc). At a minimum this candidate should have intellectual curiosity to learn about digital asset servicing. This role will have a dual reporting line to GD Collateral leadership and digital asset operations leadership.This role will have an important part in the overall success of the organization.

It will also help us build resilience and execute day-to-day deliverables with timeliness and accuracy.As a Digital Asset GD Collateral Specialist, you will:Participate in workstreams as a collateral subject matter expert for digital asset operations across a portfolio of value streams to deliver digital asset capabilitiesFoster alignment between value streams, manage interdependencies, and deliver value at an organizational levelEstablish risk control procedures to ensure risk excellence across all capabilitiesPartner with testing teams to develop, test, and enhance capability development in UAT and ProductionManage risks, resources, and stakeholder communications across the workstreamProvide regular communication and reporting updates to ensure full transparency and clarity of workstream delivery to both the functional leadership teams and digital asset operations leadership teamsThese skills will help you succeed in this role:Knowledge of collateral systems, data flows, and overall operating modelAbility to escalate risks and decision points quickly to the appropriate stakeholders, whether that be functional leadership, digital leadership, and/or project leadershipAbility to review and vet a new operating model for viability and alignment to our existing infrastructureCollaboration with other collateral business units as well as other departments within State StreetExperience executing on a project as a critical stakeholder, including excellent time management and multi-tasking skillsExperience in collateral operations and strong working knowledge of day-to-day collateral responsibilities and processesEducation & Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related disciplineAbility to excel when faced with the unknown and challenged to develop new waysExcellent communication and escalation abilityAbility to collaborate effectively across functions and external stakeholdersHands-on experience with digital assets and wallets, distributed ledger technology, tokenization is preferredSalary Range: $70,000 - $130,000 Annual
