Collaborative Planning Analyst

To support a growing team, the full-time Collaborative Planning Analyst will drive customer supply chain performance through collaborative forecasting, replenishment planning, inventory management, and service optimization in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Independently manage day-to-day customer operations and proactively identify risks and recommendations Own the end-to-end order stream, aiming for a 95% no-touch order-to-cash process while implementing process improvements Partner with Logistics to ensure on-time delivery and manage EDI systems and order management processes effectively Required Qualifications 5-8 years of customer-facing management experience within a Supply Chain environment Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight and adapt to a fast-paced environment Experience in breaking down complex problems and making sound recommendations based on data Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and other leading CRM platforms CPG industry experience preferred
