A healthcare network in Georgia is seeking a licensed Collaborating Physician to provide Remote clinical oversight and collaboration for employed nurse practitioners.
About the Opportunity:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday

- Provide clinical oversight for assigned nurse practitioners
- Complete quarterly chart reviews
- Review patient charts in alignment with patient volume and regulatory requirements
- Participate in physician and nurse practitioner meetings as needed
- Provide clinical guidance and support to assigned nurse practitioners
- Board certification in Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted Georgia medical license
- Current residence in Georgia
- Current practice in Georgia
- Approximately 5+ years of post-training clinical experience
- Clean malpractice and disciplinary history
- Willingness to complete one onsite visit per year at the assigned practice site or home
- Additional active state medical licenses
- Telehealth or Remote Patient Monitoring experience
- Experience managing chronic conditions, such as Hypertension, Diabetes, Heart Failure, and Cardiovascular Disease
- Interest in a long-term collaboration
