Dishwasher and Cold Prep
SAGE Dining Services® is seeking to add a full time Dishwasher and Cold Prep person to their team. They maintain a safe, clean kitchen environment by sweeping, mopping, and removing trash. - Assist with cold food preparation, including slicing, portioning, and assembling ingredients according to recipes and safety standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, such as dishwashers, slicers, and other prep tools.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by washing dishes, utensils, and cookware promptly and thoroughly.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene are upheld at all times.
- Support the culinary team with meal prep tasks, including ingredient organization and portion control.

- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile
- Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
- Rotate products in inventory.
- Maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled dishes.
- Set-up and break down the dish machine and sanitizing equipment.
- Bag all garbage and boxes and disposing these in appropriate dumpsters.
- Adhere to SAGE's safety and allergy prevention policies.
- Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.
- Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold.
- Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
- Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
