Cold Header / Thread Roller Job Summary
- $31.75 - $35.00 ( depending on experience)
- 1st shift, 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday-Friday
- 2nd shift, 1:30pm to 10:00pm Monday-Friday
- 3rd shift, 9:30pm to 6:00am Sunday-Thursday
- Direct hire role with long term opportunity
- Set up and operate header equipment
- Load material and verify stock size
- Maintain tolerances with machine adjustments
- Inspect parts and record SPC data
- Move and weigh materials and parts
- Perform minor repairs on equipment
Cold Header / Thread Roller Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience required
- MUST have 2-3 years experience operating header/threader machines
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
- Proficient math and communication skills
- Ability to read and understand part prints
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft applications and email
