As a Cold Header Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining cold heading equipment while ensuring products meet exact quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate cold heading machines according to production schedules and specificationsMonitor machine performance and make adjustments to maximize quality and efficiencyInspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gaugesPerform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtimeMaintain accurate production documentation and communicate any quality or equipment concernsWork closely with supervisors and teammates to improve production processesFollow all safety procedures to maintain a safe manufacturing environmentSkills & Experience:Education: HSD, required; technical training or certification in machining or related field, preferredExperience: 2-5+ years operating cold heading equipment or similar manufacturing machinery, requiredKnowledge: Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, requiredAbility: Read & interpret blueprints, technical drawings, & specifications and use precision measuring instruments, requiredWhat We Offer:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance – Day one!Life InsuranceShort- and Long-Term DisabilityHSA & FSA401(k) w/ company match4 Day WorkweekOT AvailablePTOPlease Note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
