COLD FUSION/.NET DEVELOPER

We are looking for Cold Fusion/.NET Developer in DC:

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain data driven web based applications using ColdFusion, SQL, HTML and AJAX coding.

- Perform thorough unit testing of the program logic.

- Collaborate with other members of the agency and with peers throughout the software development life cycle.

- Gather requirements by directly interfacing with the client.

- Contribute to and maintain system standards.

- Resolve support and helpdesk requests as submitted by staff.

- Research and implement new technologies as they become available.

- Document code according to agency approved guidelines.

- Develop documentation related to functionality as required.

Requirements:

- Well-versed with Windows 20008 R2 operation system and configuration of IIS web server.

- Strong proficiency in relational database modeling, design and development.

- Expertise working with Microsoft SQL Server R2 with extensive experience in writing complex SQL queries.

- Ability/Willing to work with SharePoint applications.

- Experience working with system architecture and design patterns.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a government background investigation.

Desired Skills:

- C#/.NET and SharePoint 2010 experience as great plus to support/enhance one or more systems.

- jQuery experience to enhance the usability and aesthetics of web applications.

- Experience working with various design patters.
