Strivector's premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.Position OverviewAs a Cold Forming Manufacturing Engineer your roles and responsibilities will include: The client is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to develop, optimize, and support high-volume metal manufacturing processes across multiple plants and supplier locations.
The role focuses on CNC machining, cold forming, cold heading, rolling, extrusion, and secondary operations. The ideal Cold Forming Manufacturing Engineer would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.Minimum 10 years of experience in machining and/or cold forming manufacturing environments.Strong knowledge of: Cold forming and cold heading processes, CNC machining, metal forming physics, tooling and die systems.Experience supporting multiple manufacturing locations or suppliers.Ability to travel 50–75% of the time.Preferred QualificationsHigh-volume cold heading or progressive forming experience.Experience with steels, aluminum alloys, heat treatment, and surface coatings.Global supplier or international manufacturing experience.Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification.Compensation: Based on Experience.
