Cold Caller / Outreach Specialist

Commission-Based Remote

We are looking for motivated, reliable people to join our team as Cold Callers / Outreach Specialists.

Your job is to contact potential customers, start conversations, identify people who are genuinely interested in our service, and move interested prospects into our scheduling process.

You do not need to close the sale yourself. Your job is to create qualified opportunities and make sure interested people move to the next step.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Contacting potential customers by phone
* Starting conversations with prospects
* Explaining the basic purpose of the service using approved information
* Identifying people who are genuinely interested
* Answering basic questions when you have the correct information
* Sending interested prospects the information they need to schedule
* Letting our team know when you have generated an interested prospect
* Keeping your leads and activity properly tracked
* Following the company’s outreach process
* Communicating professionally with prospects and team members

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

Your basic process will be:

Contact Start Conversation Identify Interest Send Scheduling Information Notify the Team Track the Lead

For example:

If someone tells you they are interested, you should not simply end the conversation there.

You will:

1. Confirm that they are interested.

2. Send them the scheduling information provided by the company.

3. Tell us that you have someone interested and that you sent them to schedule.

4. Make sure the lead is properly tracked.

Your job is to create the opportunity and move the interested person into the next step.

COMPENSATION

This is a commission-based position.

You receive 10% of each $3,000 sale you make/are credited with generating, according to the company’s tracking and commission rules.

Example:

$3,000 sale 10% = $300 commission

Your actual earnings depend on the number of qualifying sales attributed to your work.

Commission credit is based on the company’s lead tracking and attribution process.

Previous cold-calling experience is helpful, but what matters most is your ability to communicate, follow the system, and consistently do the work.

REQUIREMENTS

You must have:

* A U.S. phone number
* A reliable phone and internet connection
* The ability to make outbound calls
* Good communication skills
* The ability to consistently complete the responsibilities of the role
* The ability to follow our lead tracking and communication process

You must also be comfortable working in a remote environment.
