Project Transforming Hope is seeking a Program Manager, Cohort Experience, to own the day-to-day heartbeat of a PTH cohort, designing and facilitating morning meetings, creating enrichment experiences, and running the program on data rather than guesses.
We want a second- or third-year teacher who craves growth beyond one classroom, enjoys building community, and can balance facilitation with data tracking while representing PTH at events and retreats.
