Cognos DeveloperDuration: Long termClient: State of OhioRate: $60/hr on C2COnly localsKey Responsibilities:Design and develop BI reports and framework model.Design, develop and execute ETL.Generate the monthly program block data and prepare Ohio Benefits consumption file.Provide production support, including the execution of daily and monthly batch and report runs.Troubleshoot file extract and load executions.Design and execute ad hoc report requests.Support Ohio Benefits system integrations and/or interfaces with required data extracts.Monitor and validate report availability in production.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of seven years' experience in Cognos architecture, report development and system analysis.Minimum of seven years' experience in Tableau architecture, report development and system analysis.Minimum of even years' experience in Informatica tool and Control M scheduler.Minimum of five years' experience in enterprise data warehouse architecture and/or design.Minimum of seven years of experience with FNS 583, TDR, OWN, SNAP Performance, CMS and User Reconciliation Reports.Minimum of seven years of experience with an Integrated Eligibility and Enrollment system created with rules and policies for SNAP, TANF and Medicaid Programs.Strong leadership skills.
