Hartford HealthCare’s Ayer Neuroscience Institute is seeking a BE/BC Cognitive Neurologist, Memory Care Specialist, or General Neurologist with expertise in dementia and related disorders to join a cohesive multidisciplinary team in Norwich, Connecticut. Practicing within a brand-new, state-of-the-art ambulatory Neuroscience Center, the provider will enjoy a 100% outpatient schedule with no call, weekend, or holiday coverage. - Brand-new, state-of-the-art ambulatory Neuroscience Center located in Norwich, Connecticut
- Multidisciplinary Memory Care Program focused on diagnosing and treating cognitive disorders with specialists in Neurology, Neuropsychiatry, Neuropsychology, Clinical Social Work, and Advanced Practice Nursing
- Utilization of advanced diagnostics including dementia biomarkers, neurocognitive testing, and amyloid PET imaging, alongside innovative therapies such as anti-amyloid monoclonal antibody treatment
- Comprehensive center housing memory care, general neurology, neurosurgery, pain management, PM&R, headache, epilepsy, movement disorders, stroke, neuromuscular, neuroimmunology, primary care, rheumatology, infusion services, EEG, and advanced diagnostic imaging under one roof
- Academic affiliation with University of Connecticut School of Medicine and Quinnipiac University Medical School involving medical education for students, residents, and fellows
