We are seeking a Locums Cognitive / Behavioral Neurointerventional to provide outpatient clinic-only coverage in Hackensack, New Jersey. This role focuses on the evaluation and longitudinal management of patients with cognitive and neurodegenerative disorders in a collaborative, well-supported clinical environment. The position offers an engaging opportunity to work with a predominantly geriatric patient population.
Practice Info
- Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic only
- Patient Population: Adults ages 22 and older, predominantly geriatric
- Daily Mix: Combination of new and follow-up patients
- Approximately 3-4 new patients per day
- Approximately 6-8 follow-up visits per day
- EMR System: Epic
Responsibilities
- Evaluation and longitudinal management of patients with cognitive and neurodegenerative disorders
Compensation
- $250 Per Hour
Shift & Schedule
- Minimum of 4 days per week required
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8-hour days)
- Days: Flexible based on provider availability
- No call, no weekends
Requirements
- Completion of a Cognitive Neurology and/or Behavioral Neurology Fellowship
- Dementia Fellowship strongly preferred
- Board certification or eligibility in Neurology
- Active or eligible New Jersey medical license
- Strong experience in outpatient cognitive and dementia care
