Overview
YieldLoop is a fintech startup developing a verified savings and automation platform that combines blockchain transparency with real-world financial trust. We’re seeking a Co-Founder & CTO to build the technical foundation of YieldLoop, lead the product team, and help shape the company’s direction from concept through launch and scale.
This is a founding role — you’ll work side‑by‑side with the Founder to build the company’s MVP, attract funding, and establish the long‑term technical vision of both YieldLoop and LOOP LAB , our education and innovation hub.
Core Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Architect and lead development of the YieldLoop MVP and supporting systems (smart contracts, dashboards, API integrations, etc.).
- Build the verified savings engine — a transparent, automated system that compounds only confirmed profits.
- Select and manage technology stack (Base / ETH network, smart contracts, front-end, databases, APIs).
- Oversee system architecture, scalability, uptime, and cybersecurity.
- Manage or recruit developers, auditors, and technical partners.
- Maintain clean, auditable, and secure code standards.
Strategic & Co‑Founding Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the Founder on company direction, milestones, and investor strategy.
- Represent the technical side in investor meetings, accelerator applications, and grant processes.
- Help define and refine business models, tokenomics, and technical IP for patent filings.
- Participate in governance, long‑term strategy, and hiring key staff as the company scales.
- Contribute to fundraising, pitch materials, and partnerships from a technical perspective.
- Serve as a public‑facing voice for YieldLoop’s innovation and technology roadmap.
LOOP LAB Integration
- Guide development of educational programs in fintech, automation, renewable energy, and full‑stack technology.
- Mentor interns, students, and local participants involved in LOOP LAB projects.
- Support collaboration between LOOP LAB and external industry or academic partners.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in blockchain or full‑stack software engineering (Solidity, Python, React, Node, etc.).
- Experience with DeFi, fintech infrastructure, or smart‑contract auditing preferred.
- Ability to work in a lean, early‑stage startup environment with high autonomy and shared responsibility.
- Visionary yet practical — capable of building and scaling production‑ready systems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to commit to a co‑founder role with equity ownership.
Compensation
- Initial compensation via founder equity , transitioning to salary post‑funding.
- Includes shared decision‑making authority and governance participation.
